Draw Algorithm

We're claiming to have the worlds fairest draw algorithm - assigning debaters to all positions as equally as possible, while remaining inside the WUDC rules. This claim has been made in July 2007 and has of yet not been challenged. In the meanwhile, we have been doing some extensive Simulation which seems to prove that Tabbie gives almost perfect 2-2-2-3 distributions in a 9 round tournament.
